aving reached the Fortress 'La Cabana', we will visit the demonstration of the 'Canonazo'. This is a tradition from the XVII century, in costumes of the era. One cannon ball will be shot at 9pm to represent the closing of the harbor. After this ceremony we will travel to the famous Restaurant 'La Bodeguita del Medio', having been frequented by E. Hemingway during his time in Cuba. There, with a welcome cocktail and a traditional Cuban dinner, we will enjoy the evening.
